Install and maintain plumbing systems for a family-owned construction contractor nationwide. This role involves training apprentices and laborers, ensuring a clean work site, and reviewing materials and project productivity.
Responsibilities
- Install plumbing systems under the direction of the project Foreman or Supervisor
- Train apprentices and laborers
- Maintain a clean work site
- Review the materials needed for the job well in advance
- Review and maintain project productivity
- Maintain a positive workplace
Requirements
- Valid State Journeyman's Plumbing License
- Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience with large commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects
- Ability to read and follow plans and specs
- Basic Proficiency in English
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Journeyman is preferred, but not required
