Janitorial Cleaner

About This Role

Perform basic cleaning tasks, including common areas, restrooms, and offices, using various cleaning equipment while adhering to safety regulations. This role supports the facility's cleanliness and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, and walkways
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas and incidental spills

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in cleaning
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites
• Willingness to work assigned hours
• Capable of performing physical demands of the job (bending, kneeling, lifting, standing)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
