Seeking an entry-level Technical Support professional with customer service or call center experience and basic technical knowledge to handle customer queries and perform troubleshooting for common technical issues in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
• Perform basic troubleshooting of common technical issues (internet, login issues, configuration support, software assistance, etc.)
• Follow standard procedures and scripts to identify the root cause of issues

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a corporate/professional environment and handle customer interactions confidently
• Basic understanding or familiarity with technical concepts (mobile/desktop device settings, basic software usage)
