The IT intern will gain hands-on learning opportunities supporting their professional growth by assisting the IT team. This internship, starting Summer 2026, involves onboarding/offboarding employees, managing laptop lifecycles, and basic troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and offboarding employees
- Laptop life cycle management (tracking employee laptops)
- Workstation set up and break down
- Basic computer troubleshooting
- Review help desk tickets
- Assist with field installs as needed (on site)
Requirements
- Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Telecommunications, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or related major
- Interest in computers
- Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Able to work independently
- Able to be flexible and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to adapt to change
- Communicate effectively
Qualifications
