Ironclad CLM SME

About This Role

This role will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Ironclad CLM technology, acting as a Subject Matter Expert. The Senior Business Analyst will partner with Legal, Procurement, and IT to translate business needs into automated workflow solutions for contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Ironclad CLM, supporting implementation and configuration efforts
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into CLM solutions
• Drive process automation and workflow improvements within the CLM to enhance intake, approval, and execution
• Lead data analysis and reporting efforts to provide insights into contract performance and compliance
• Support system integrations between the CLM and enterprise applications like ERP and CRM
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure system adoption
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions for system enhancements

Requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end CLM implementations (multiple preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, design, testing, and training (Business Analysis)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM, including workflow configuration
• Strong understanding of contract management, legal processes, and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, design, testing, and training (Business Analysis); 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM; Experience leading end-to-end CLM implementations
