Grand Canyon University is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach an online Intro to Human-Computer Interaction course. This role involves engaging and mentoring students, adhering to grading requirements, and supporting the university's mission.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
- Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes
- Respond to students’ questions and emails within the established timeframes
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
Requirements
- Master's in Computer Science or a closely related field
- 5+ years of experience in computer science, application development, data science, or computer interaction concepts
Qualifications
- Master's in Computer Science or a closely related field
- 5 or more years of experience in computer science, application development, data science, or computer interaction concepts
Nice to Have
- PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field
