This internship provides an opportunity to work within Needham Bank's Customer Care Center gaining insight into departmental operations and assisting with various tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Participate in small to large projects requiring business modeling skills and ability to balance multiple products/services
- Participate in the discovery and evaluation of process efficiencies related to Customer Care Center operations
- Identify and collaboratively resolve WorkForce Management and Strategic Planning issues
- Provide support for daily operational tasks supporting the Customer Care Center
- Perform research at a supervisor's request
- Participate in projects to facilitate process improvement, system implementation and data management functions
- Support the Customer Care Center leadership team by compiling, analyzing, and visualizing performance data to identify operational trends, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience

- Ability to work independently

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications
- Pursuit of a college degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field

- Strong knowledge and aptitude for banking, bank regulations and customer service
