This role involves elevating critical care excellence by designing and delivering comprehensive education and training programs for ICU nurses at a respected Northern California medical center. The Clinical Nurse Educator will partner with leadership to align curriculum with strategic goals and leverage advanced technology to enhance patient outcomes and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver orientation programs for ICU nurses
• Develop preceptor programs and competencies
• Conduct annual skills validation and simulation training
• Educate on topics such as sepsis bundles, ventilator management, and sedation/delirium prevention
• Train on CRRT fundamentals, early mobility, and resuscitation best practices
• Partner with the ICU Nurse Manager, Intensivist leadership, and Chief Nursing Office to align curriculum with strategic goals
