Lead and innovate a high-impact cardiac and vascular program at a premier Northern Colorado regional medical center, focusing on growth, clinical excellence, and high reliability. Oversee advanced Cath Labs and various cardiology services, supporting coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, innovation, and clinical excellence in a thriving hospital setting
• Oversee an advanced Cath Lab and comprehensive cardiovascular service line
• Support interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, structural heart, and vascular services
• Champion safe, timely, and coordinated patient care throughout the treatment pathway
• Guide nurse managers, educators, and clinical specialists
• Partner with a diverse team of RNs, technologists, APPs, and allied health professionals
• Foster a supportive culture focusing on strategy, operations, staffing, budgeting, quality, regulatory readiness, and patient experience
