About This Role

This role is for a self-motivated Insurance Agent who will build and maintain client relationships, assess insurance needs, and present policies for Rivercity Insurance and Financial Services. The agent will work in a lead-driven environment with the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance needs
• Present and explain insurance policies to prospective clients
• Thrive in a lead-driven environment with no cold calling

Requirements

• Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven mindset
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
