Insurance Agent

About This Role

This role is for an entrepreneurial Insurance Agent to build their own business by selling diverse insurance products and financial services to clients in West Chicago, IL. Agents will educate clients, manage their schedules, and establish their own office and staff while helping individuals prepare for life's moments.

Responsibilities

• Grow business with existing and prospective clients using a consultative approach
• Diversify income through a portfolio of property and casualty, life and health insurance lines
• Manage schedules to balance careers and personal interests
• Educate clients and prospects about insurance products and services
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products and services
• Establish an office and build a staff

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Property/Casualty State Insurance License
• Ability to obtain Life/Health State Insurance License
• Entrepreneurial, motivated, and goal driven
• Strong communicator with excellent business acumen

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry; 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience (preferred)
