Instructional Designer / Workshop Writer

About This Role

Design and write interactive workshops for Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives, translating scientific and technical data into engaging learning experiences, and developing facilitator guides and eLearning modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and write interactive workshops that bring selling conversations, confidence, and product knowledge to life
• Translate scientific and technical data into clear, story-driven learning experiences
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, and companion eLearning modules (if required)
• Apply adult learning best practices to create sessions that stick and inspire real-world application
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity, quality, and attention to detail
• Stay on top of industry trends in pharma, learning design, and engagement strategy

Requirements

• Experience in crafting creative workshops for Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives
• A knack for writing that’s clear, persuasive, and learner-focused
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and workshop facilitation design
• Proficiency with tools like Articulate 360, Rise, or other eLearning and design platforms
• Strong organization and collaboration skills, especially in a remote, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience designing workshops or training content

Nice to Have

• Agency, pharma, or healthcare experience
