Installation Technician

About This Role

Install custom-designed residential storage systems and accessories using various luxury materials, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. This role involves utilizing hand and power tools and reading CAD drawings to install systems independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in residential or commercial buildings
• Utilize company-provided CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently
• Assemble and install systems of varying complexity
• Assist in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes
• Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order
• Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job
• Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations
• Maintain safety standards at all times
• Drive to and from customer sites and operate company-provided vehicles in a safe manner

Requirements

• Cabinetry experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with common hand and power tools
• Ability to walk, lift 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills
