Manage and coordinate the execution of installation projects for a building materials company, leading installation teams, ensuring quality work, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination and execution of installation projects
- Ensure quality work is delivered on time and within budget
- Manage installation teams
- Schedule installation activities
- Supervise installation activities
- Inspect completed work
- Maintain effective communication with clients
- Troubleshoot issues on-site
- Provide progress updates
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Project management skills, including scheduling and managing project timelines
- Technical knowledge of doors, frames, hardware and installation processes
- Problem-solving abilities to address issues on-site efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in installation management or the construction and building materials industry preferred
Nice to Have
- Additional certifications in construction management or related fields
