About This Role

Manage and coordinate the execution of installation projects for a building materials company, leading installation teams, ensuring quality work, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee coordination and execution of installation projects
  • Ensure quality work is delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage installation teams
  • Schedule installation activities
  • Supervise installation activities
  • Inspect completed work
  • Maintain effective communication with clients
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site
  • Provide progress updates
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Project management skills, including scheduling and managing project timelines
  • Technical knowledge of doors, frames, hardware and installation processes
  • Problem-solving abilities to address issues on-site efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in installation management or the construction and building materials industry preferred

Nice to Have

  • Additional certifications in construction management or related fields
