About This Role

Provide direct nursing services and case management for infusion therapy patients in various settings, collaborating with healthcare providers and payers. Serve as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, hospital, clinic or an alternate living site
• Collaborate with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer
• Function as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process
• Collaborate with other health care workers to promote quality patient care
• Act as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: Idaho Registered Nurse License (if practicing in this location)
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License (if practicing in this location)
• Proof of driver license and auto insurance (if driving necessary for role)
• 1 year experience in acute care nursing

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• 1 year experience in acute care nursing.

Nice to Have

• Home health or home infusion experience
• Prior sales experience
