Infant Room Teacher

About This Role

Join a talented team at a new state-of-the-art childcare facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and early education for infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months, supporting their emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development.

Responsibilities

• Offer a loving, nurturing, and caring atmosphere
• Ensure an infant's safety and well-being
• Meet the needs of each child (change diapers, feed bottles, food, etc.)
• Follow Wisconsin licensing rules
• Plan, prepare, and implement a variety of infant/toddler learning activities for children
• Communicate daily with parents
• Sign children in and out of room
• Clean and sanitize room and toys
• Attend monthly staff meetings

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a relevant field, or in the process of obtaining a degree
• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience

Nice to Have

• Infant and Toddler Certification
