This role empowers experienced transportation professionals to grow their businesses as an Independent Sales Agent. You will manage your own freight agency, providing sales and operational services to clients across multiple transportation modes, backed by Landstar's resources and network.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own freight agency with Landstar’s full support
- Provide sales and operational services to clients across multiple transportation modes
- Leverage Landstar’s tools, technology, and network to expand reach and opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in transportation or logistics (e.g., Freight Broker, Agent, Dispatcher, LTL Sales, National Account Sales)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer service and freight solutions
- Strong understanding of freight markets and carrier relationships
