In-Store Shopper (Online Orders)

About This Role

As an In-Store Shopper, you will support Prime Now customer orders, preparing them for delivery or pickup by shopping throughout the store for various goods. This role is crucial for providing record-setting grocery delivery services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders efficiently, accurately, and with a sense of urgency
• Pay attention to product and order accuracy
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter
• Work in other departments of the store as required, e.g., customer service, cashier, grocery
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) device to fulfill orders
• Eagerness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations
• Ability to read and speak basic English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for at least 6 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Must be at least 18 years old

• High School diploma or equivalent diploma
