Identity & Access Governance Lead

About This Role

Lead the implementation and deployment of Identity & Access Governance, specifically focusing on Data Access Governance through Immuta, to ensure data compliance, security, and privacy within the client's new Enterprise Data Warehouse. Collaborate with data platform architects and stakeholders to define and establish robust data governance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, security, and data privacy requirements are met
• Collaborate with Data Platform Architect to ensure proper data access, sharing, and management across the platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices

Requirements

• Experience in implementation of Data Access Governance through Immuta
• Experience in Data Access Governance and data protection operations
• Understanding of Open Access Remediation
• Understanding of structured and unstructured data discovery and classification of PII, PHI, PCI data
• Understanding of data sharing, user access management, RBAC and ABAC concepts
• Ability to identify data privacy related gaps in the current state and recommend remediation measures
• Able to define privacy policies, data masking and anonymization solutions
• In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices
