Hydrovac Truck Operator

About This Role

The Hydrovac Truck Operator supports the repair, maintenance, construction, installation, and reconditioning of distribution pipelines. This role involves safely spotting utilities using hydro-excavation and adhering to DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely spot utilities by use of hydro-excavation
• Complete pre-trip on the vehicle at the beginning and end of each day
• Follow DOT regulations and weight restriction laws
• Travel within the area as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of hydrovac experience
• Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement
• Mechanical Knowledge
• Must be willing to work outside in the elements
• High level of personal integrity and accountability
• Current DOT Medical Card, or the ability to obtain one upon employment
• Must pass computer-based testing, specific to the local customer’s operator qualifications

• 1+ year of hydrovac experience
