Hybrid Cloud Network Engineer

About This Role

Implement and optimize cloud infrastructure and services, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Foster technical and procedural excellence within the IT department.
• Ensure systemic problems and sensitive customer situations are escalated to IT management.
• Identify, correlate, escalate, and manage Problems.
• Facilitate the acquisition and integration of new technology into the environment.
• Recommend improvements to systems and IT support process.
• Develop quality documentation of technical processes and procedures.
• Track and complete assigned IT projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or network administration
• Strong foundation in operating systems, networking protocols, and storage systems
• Proven expertise in AWS networking services
• Strong understanding of core networking concepts, including WAN, BGP, routing, VPNs, and hybrid cloud connectivity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering or network administration
