This role supports the Human Resources Management team by administering various HR functions including compliance reporting, data entry, leaves of absence, recruiting, and customer service. The Administrator ensures efficient day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a go-to HR professional for day-to-day employee questions, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Assist all areas of Human Resources operations, including compliance and non-compliance reporting, data entry, leaves of absence, recruiting, employee relations, and customer service
- Create ad hoc reports and edit data for compliance and non-compliance reporting
- Complete data entry in the HRIS system
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to management
- Perform diversified duties in the processing, monitoring, and maintaining of employee personnel files
- Perform clerical duties such as answering telephones and distributing mail
- Keep efficient records of all assigned areas of Human Resources operations
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Human Resources Administrator or Specialist
- Experience in at least two HR administration functions (e.g., recruiting, employee hiring, status changes, reporting)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter
- Strong critical thinking skills and independent judgment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications (intermediate Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum 2 years working experience as a Human Resources Administrator or Specialist with experience in at least two HR administration functions
