Human Resource Business Partner

About This Role

This role involves serving as a strategic and operational HR partner, aligning people strategy with operational growth for a privately held national company. The HRBP will translate business priorities into actionable workforce initiatives to improve performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR advisor to functional leadership, connecting workforce strategy to operational goals
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, succession planning, and talent planning
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and revenue-generating roles
• Implement interview scorecards and manager training to improve hiring quality and reduce bias
• Lead goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning processes
• Coach managers on feedback delivery and performance improvement
• Handle employee relations matters using balanced business judgment
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide risk-aware recommendations
• Support restructuring, role clarity initiatives, and process improvements
• Partner with HR teams on onboarding, training, and compliance programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 4-7 years of progressive HR experience partnering with leaders
• Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, and performance management
• Sound judgment and business acumen
• High emotional intelligence
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Approximately 4–7 years of progressive HR experience partnering with leaders
