The HRIS Data Management Analyst provides essential HR systems support to internal and external customers across five US Brands. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the downstream impacts of data updates within core HR systems, focusing on data integrity in SuccessFactors and other applications.
Responsibilities
- Perform associate data updates and foundation object maintenance within SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Conduct root cause analyses to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across multiple HR platforms
- Coordinate with internal support teams (HR, IT, AD Group, Brand partners) to provide operational support and resolve inquiries
- Continuously audit HR data and configuration to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Support configuration testing during routine and unscheduled maintenance, enhancement rollouts, and SAP release events
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes and system functionality related to HR data
- Utilize the HRIS system and other tools to generate reports and extracts for data analysis and auditing
- Develop and maintain data management process documentation for continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience
- 4+ years of HRIS experience
- Critical Thinking Skills
- MS Office experience (Excel)
- Written and Spoken communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Strong Attention to detail
- HR System Knowledge
- Ability to work independently
- Aptitude for comprehending and leveraging HR and technical concepts
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- 4+ years of HRIS experience with an Associate's degree or 2-4 years of HRIS/analytical experience with a Bachelor's degree
