HRIS Analyst

About This Role

This role involves supporting HRIS operations by transforming raw data into actionable insights, specifically within a healthcare environment. The analyst will focus on UKG Pro and IBM Cognos Analytics to enhance employee experience and contribute to organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS operations, reporting, and dashboard development within a healthcare/hospital environment
• Ensure accurate workforce data management and actionable insights using UKG Pro (UltiPro) and IBM People Analytics
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tailored to healthcare KPIs (staffing, overtime, compliance)
• Translate hospital department needs into technical reporting solutions
• Ensure seamless data flow between UG Pro and Cognos Analytics
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness
• Optimize queries and data models for performance and accuracy
• Lead or support HRIS/BI implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of data analysis in support of HR or workforce decision-making
• 3+ years of system administration experience
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and IBM Cognos Analytics

• Minimum of 3 years of data analysis in support of HR or workforce decision-making, and minimum of 3 years of system administration experience.
