HRIS Analyst

About This Role

This role supports and maintains the Human Resource System and other systems supported by the HRIS team. It serves as a technical point-of-contact for the functional area, assisting with data integrity, system testing, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supports and maintains the Human Resource System (HRS) and other systems supported by the HRIS team
• Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area
• Assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity
• Assists subject matter experts with testing of system changes
• Assists subject matter experts with report writing
• Analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities
• Supports HRS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Valid driver license and insurable through the organization’s insurers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree
• Three (3) years of relevant experience is required, with five years preferred.

Nice to Have

• Five years of relevant experience
• Experience in data manipulation, developing HR reports, and /or working in a higher education environment
• One or more years of project management experience
• Systems implementation experience
• IT certification
