HR Solution Specialist

About This Role

This role provides end-to-end customer support and acts as a subject matter expert for HR and benefits administration in North America. The specialist will guide employees, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Function as Benefits Administrator for North American benefit programs including health insurance, 401(k), STD, LTD, and Life.
• Serve as first and second-level support for all human resource related inquiries from North American employees and managers.
• Act as subject matter expert on plan related issues, addressing eligibility, compliance, and annual audit requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.
• Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes.
• Function as expert for all employee life cycle required administration, including job offers, onboarding, and termination processing.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of HR Shared Services operations, processes, and systems to ensure accurate and timely responses.
• Identify, research, and work cross-functionally for employees and managers in a timely manner, prioritizing urgency of requests.
• Own several Service Delivery Model (SDM) processes.
• Perform archiving, contract, and document management.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• English language skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources

Nice to Have

• SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now and general HRIS experience
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employee benefits
