About This Role

Join our team as an experienced HR Recruiter to support production operations by managing recruitment efforts for both hourly and salaried positions. This role involves full-cycle recruitment and collaboration with plant leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions
  • Partner closely with the facility manager and production leadership to identify hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies to ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to post job openings and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company values
  • Implement strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience, including leveraging job boards and LinkedIn
  • Assist with workforce planning to support production schedules and operational goals
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations during all hiring activities
  • Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and workforce metrics
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to refine recruitment processes and address any challenges

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including both hourly and salaried roles
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms
  • Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and recruitment strategies
  • Basic Excel skills for tracking recruitment data and metrics
  • Proven ability to work on-site and collaborate directly with plant leadership
  • Experience managing agency relationships and ensuring fulfillment of staffing needs

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including both hourly and salaried roles

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
