Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees
• Maintain and update HR records and documentation in compliance with company standards
• Conduct background checks and verify employment details as part of the hiring process
• Administer and oversee HR compliance programs to align with regulatory requirements
• Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and streamline HR operations
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling and correspondence
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
• Prepare reports and presentations to support HR initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and efficient workplace environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a human resources role
• Bilingual Spanish
• Proficiency in onboarding processes and HR administration
• Experience conducting background checks and managing sensitive information
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities
• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism
