HR Analyst - Senior

About This Role

This role primarily involves performing courier duties, document processing, and record keeping to support the daily operations of a department, specifically for defendant case files and mail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up defendant case files and mail at department's satellite offices
• Deliver payroll to supervisor or designee at satellite offices
• Transport U.A. specimens from satellite offices to contractor
• Perform simple clerical duties such as opening and sorting mail
• File, report and maintain audit copies of department hand receipts
• Track maintenance needs and deliver department vehicles to garage for maintenance
• Deliver or pick up items from vendors, contractors or other County Departments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License
• Proof of liability insurance
• Proof of driving record
• Familiarization with keyboarding and computer software
• Knowledge and understanding of department policies and procedures
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willingness to accept change and be flexible
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening
