This dual-role position combines housekeeping and dining services to ensure a comfortable and well-maintained community. The Housekeeper/Server will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in apartments, common areas, and offices
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and surfaces
- Maintain floors, furniture, and equipment cleanliness
- Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry
- Ensure safe storage and handling of cleaning chemicals
- Serve meals with proper food-handling techniques
- Take meal orders and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sanitizing tables and chairs
- Assist with dining room setup and resetting
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Enjoy working with senior population
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in housekeeping
- Experience in fine dining
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
