This role is for an Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a Domino's shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The successful candidate will lead by example and ensure policy and procedure compliance while developing into a future store manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of assigned shifts
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team
- Lead by example, ensuring team adherence to all policies and procedures
- Train new team members in pizza making and leadership skills
- Manage people, operations, sales, and profits during a shift
- Potentially assist at other nearby Domino's locations
Requirements
- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Ability to use Outlook / Email services
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Must reside near store location
- Great positive attitude
- High Energy
