About This Role

This role is for an Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a Domino's shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The successful candidate will lead by example and ensure policy and procedure compliance while developing into a future store manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned shifts
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team
• Lead by example, ensuring team adherence to all policies and procedures
• Train new team members in pizza making and leadership skills
• Manage people, operations, sales, and profits during a shift
• Potentially assist at other nearby Domino's locations

Requirements

• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use Outlook / Email services
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near store location
• Great positive attitude
• High Energy
