About This Role

Lead and manage shifts at a Domino's store, overseeing people, operations, sales, and profits while ensuring team safety, training, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of assigned shifts
  • Lead and train team members
  • Ensure team safety, training, and culture
  • Follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
  • Ensure crew adheres to all company policies and procedures
  • Lead by example for the team

Requirements

  • Great positive attitude
  • High Energy
  • Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
  • 18+ years of age
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to use Outlook / Email services
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good background check
  • Eligible to work in the USA
  • Must reside near store location
