- Oversee all aspects of assigned shifts
- Lead and train team members
- Ensure team safety, training, and culture
- Follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
- Ensure crew adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Lead by example for the team
Requirements
- Great positive attitude
- High Energy
- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Ability to use Outlook / Email services
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Must reside near store location
