About This Role

This Host/Hostess role at Great Wolf Lodge serves as the welcoming face for guests in their dining experience, ensuring a positive first impression and assisting with seating and service needs. The position is critical for guest satisfaction and smooth dining room operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patrons and escort them to their assigned dining area
• Track table availability via floor plan board
• Inform customers of promotions and notify them of their assigned server
• Manage patron wait list as needed
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies
• Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables
• Replenish water and serve beverages as needed
