About This Role

As an AM Host, you will ensure the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service by maintaining guest satisfaction and product quality. Excel as a personal representative of the hotel, providing excellent service and upholding high standards for guests.

Responsibilities

• Assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble it thereafter
• Ensure the breakfast service space remains well-stocked at all times
• Clear cutlery and crockery from customers' tables
• Receive beverage orders and direct them to the kitchen, as needed
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service
• Ensure a wonderful experience from beginning to end while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness

Requirements

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
