About This Role

Enthusiastically greet and seat guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with guest flow to ensure a positive dining experience at Applebee's.

Responsibilities

• Open doors for guests arriving and departing
• Accommodate special guest needs like boosters, highchairs, or disabilities
• Manage the restaurant's waitlist when full
• Provide guest assistance to servers as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete assigned cleaning tasks
• Invite all guests back for another experience

Requirements

• Desire to care for others, grow, and learn
• Positive attitude
• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Mobility required during entire shift
• Ability to transport and carry objects up to 15 pounds, 15 times a shift
• Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris, and wipe down booth seats
