About This Role

As a Home Team Associate, you will engage with customers on the sales floor, providing assistance and product recommendations to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of Home department displays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the salesfloor
  • Offer assistance to customers
  • Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs
  • Ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day
