Home Shopping Department Manager / DUG

About This Role

Lead and manage the Drive Up & Go online selection process, ensuring accurate and on-time order execution, and guarantee a seamless transition to third-party logistics partners. This role involves training and supervising Home Shoppers and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Drive Up & Go online selection process to ensure on-time and accurate order execution.
• Ensure a seamless process of handoff of orders to 3PL Third Party Logistics partners.
• Lead Home Shoppers/Clerks on Drive Up & Go equipment, proper shopping of perishable items, and customer service.
• Review and manage “Metrics That Matter” daily/weekly with Home Shopping staff and Store Director.
• Ensure Home Shopping department meets standards for cleanliness, organization, and fresh marketing materials.
• Perform initial validation “smoke” test hosted by Corporate Implementation team.
• Facilitate training for all Home Shopping employees, including “on-demand” employees.
• Ensure all Home Shopping employees follow proper processes and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the Home Shopping experience.
