Home Health Sales Account Executive

About This Role

This role involves successfully marketing home healthcare services to referral sources like doctors' offices, hospitals, and nursing facilities. The Account Executive will establish trusted relationships and identify potential customers to achieve financial and market share goals.

Responsibilities

• Successfully market to medical facilities such as doctors’ offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF’s)
• Identify and educate potential customers and referral sources about healthcare services
• Establish trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff
• Continually prospect for new accounts and maintain current accounts
• Educate and present to referral sources through in-services, presentations, and educational luncheons
• Promote professional relationships with physicians, health facilities, and other customers
• Regularly consult with the Administrator on marketing/sales activities
• Develop, implement, and evaluate all marketing/sales activities
• Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning when needed
• Design a regular schedule of visits to all referral sources in the market area

Requirements

• At least 2 years healthcare, home health, hospice Sales experience
• Valid and current driver's license with evidence of automobile insurance
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites
• Strong critical thinking and strategic sales skills

Qualifications

• At least 2 years healthcare, home health, or hospice Sales experience
