Home Health RN Clinical Manager

About This Role

This RN Clinical Manager position supervises clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients and those receiving extended non-licensed support services. The role involves orienting staff, ensuring competence, and delivering services according to professional medical standards and agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, activities, and employees consistent with company policy
• Assist with the oversight of agency growth related to home care
• Serve as the clinical expert and assist with operational and financial management of the agency
• Investigate and take appropriate actions on client/consumer complaints
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs of clinical staff
• Evaluate programs and services regularly to identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and perform home visits as needed
• Ensure client compliance with federal/state regulations through policy and procedure administration to staff
• Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual employee evaluations
• Oversee case management to ensure financially sound services and manage caseload for client coverage

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
• Active CPR certification

Qualifications

• 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health preferred)

• Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
• Basic understanding of OASIS
