Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Infusion Specialist

About This Role

The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Infusion Specialist will provide direct patient home health visits, focusing on helping patients recover faster, regain independence, and prevent rehospitalizations. This PRN position is based out of the Nashville Home Health office, covering Davidson and surrounding county areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient home health visits
• Help patients obtain a faster recovery
• Support patients in regaining independence
• Assist patients in becoming as self-sufficient as possible
• Work to prevent patient rehospitalizations

Requirements

• Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee RN license or Compact license
• Current and valid driver license
• Transportation and auto insurance
• One or more years home health experience
• Experience with Central Venous Access Devices
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Qualifications

• One or more years home health experience
