This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional client care, and offering strong support for caregivers and office staff within a rapidly growing home care agency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and answer all incoming phone calls
- Support the team in meeting weekly and monthly performance goals
- Assist the marketing team with patient admissions and re-admissions
- Enter new patient information into the system accurately and promptly
- Verify caregiver visits weekly for payroll processing
- Create, adjust, and maintain caregiver and patient schedules
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet staffing needs
Requirements
- Ability to Travel

- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in person in a fast-paced office environment
