About This Role

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional client care, and offering strong support for caregivers and office staff within a rapidly growing home care agency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and answer all incoming phone calls
  • Support the team in meeting weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Assist the marketing team with patient admissions and re-admissions
  • Enter new patient information into the system accurately and promptly
  • Verify caregiver visits weekly for payroll processing
  • Create, adjust, and maintain caregiver and patient schedules
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet staffing needs

Requirements

  • Ability to Travel
