Home Care Consultant

About This Role

This Home Care Consultant role drives business growth for America's Home Health Services by identifying, developing, and maintaining referral sources within the Central PA region. The consultant will represent the company at various events and manage client intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with potential referral sources, including Managed Care Options (MCOs)
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase referrals and grow the client base
• Travel to clients’ residences to complete the intake process and gather required documentation to initiate services
• Conduct regular visits with referral partners to maintain strong, ongoing relationships
• Represent America’s Home Health Services at health fairs, community events, professional networking meetings, and senior expos
• Monitor local market trends and identify new outreach and business development opportunities
• Distribute marketing materials to community partners and healthcare organizations
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all outreach and marketing efforts
• Track referral activity and business development efforts accurately
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress toward business development goals

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community outreach
• Proven track record of business development and referral generation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community outreach

• Home health or senior care experience
