About This Role

As a Healthcare Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming patients, staff, and guests, ensuring accurate and timely meal service and floor stock management. Your role is crucial in creating a positive experience and making a meaningful impact on others.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and guests to ensure accuracy and timeliness of patient meal trays and floor stock
• Record the amount and type of special food
• Deliver meal carts to patient units
• Aid in meal set-up at bedside with direct patient contact
• Discard soiled trays
• Take inventory of nourishment areas, stock when necessary, and accurately operate technical equipment
• Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
