About This Role

This role will support Zip's GTM Strategy & Operations team, acting as a crucial partner to Sales, Marketing, and the broader executive team. You will drive strategic planning, operational execution, and analytical rigor across revenue generation, while shaping the business trajectory by sitting at the intersection of GTM execution, company strategy, and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM operations for a business unit, including territory design, compensation plans, sales metrics, and reporting.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner for sales leadership and executives by solving complex problems, framing key decisions, and bringing structure to ambiguity.
  • Drive GTM cadence and accountability by running operating rhythms, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, and leadership syncs.
  • Lead cross-functional execution by working across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Build with data using SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools to structure analysis, validate assumptions, and uncover insights.
  • Own special projects such as compensation design, rep productivity modeling, and account segmentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, consulting, investing, or a similar high-performance environment
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills (fluent in Excel/Sheets, can write SQL or willing to learn)
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market motions and SaaS business models
  • Experience working closely with GTM systems like Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and Gong
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High bias for action
  • Technically inclined (not afraid of Salesforce Flows, brittle validation rules, or stitching data across systems)
  • A collaborative mindset
  • A proven operator with experience managing large, ambiguous projects

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, consulting, investing, or similar high-performance environment.
