The professional will work with high-performing education organizations in the U.S. to shape the future of education through innovation and impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative strategies to enhance instructional practices, student engagement, and academic performance.
• Guide school leaders and educators through coaching, professional development, and strategic planning.
• Develop and lead virtual and in-person professional development sessions that empower educators and drive institutional success.
• Build strong relationships with educational stakeholders, fostering innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data-driven strategies to evaluate educational effectiveness, refine teaching methodologies, and improve student outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in education, business growth, school leadership, or strategic consulting
• Ability to implement impactful strategies that improve performance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS platforms)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
