About This Role

This role involves coaching and mentoring C-suite and executive leaders to help them achieve their ambitious goals and unlock their full potential. The coach will utilize a structured approach to provide guidance, feedback, and insights, enhancing leadership effectiveness and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach C-suite and executive leaders
• Help executives achieve ambitious goals and unlock their full potential
• Utilize a proven and structured coaching approach (training provided)
• Deliver personalized guidance, valuable feedback, and profound insights
• Enhance leadership effectiveness and decision-making skills of clients

Requirements

• Extensive VP / C-suite Experience or Equivalent (5+ years)
• Effective Communication and Influencing Abilities
• Deep understanding of Business Acumen, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of highly successful and accomplished VP or C-suite roles, which may include CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CIO, or equivalent positions.

Nice to Have

• Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant field
• Experience in team building
• Experience in new business development
