Support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting, enabling them to lead self-directed and meaningful lives through assistance with daily activities and skill development. This entry-level role offers flexible scheduling including swing and graveyard shifts.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible
- Participate in fun activities with individuals
- Assist individuals with budgeting
- Aid in meal preparation
- Help individuals try new things
- Assist individuals with shopping
- Mentor individuals to learn new skills
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to pass a background check
Qualifications
- No experience needed
