Serve as the first point of contact for clients at a Hyper Wellness center, assisting them with services, managing accounts, and educating them on wellness offerings to promote a healthier lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and assist them with Restore’s wellness services
- Answer general inquiries, settle guest accounts, return voicemails, and facilitate booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation processes
- Onboard new clients
- Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
- Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including day-to-day operations, running reports, and recording key data
- Manage cash drawer contents and transactions throughout the shift
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees
- Create a fun and engaging store culture
