Join Domino's Team Murph as a General Manager in Training to learn restaurant operations in a fun environment. This role drives restaurant performance, ensures customer satisfaction, and develops management skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status
- Bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism, enthusiasm, and effective communication skills
- Review daily sales, food cost, and labor, adjusting and following up accordingly
- Ensure food safety compliance
- Ensure proper training of Team Members
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer service
- Motivate staff and lead by example
- Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets in accordance with company guidelines and directives
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
Requirements
- One year of management experience
- At least 18 years old
- Pass background and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history
- Insured vehicle for driving managers
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
